General Terms and Conditions

My offers serve your personal development. My work does not replace a visit to the doctor, alternative practitioner, psychologist/psychiatrist or a therapeutic treatment. Energetic healing and sound healing serve to activate the self-healing powers.

The Federal Constitutional Court of Germany ruled as follows on 2 March 2004: Anyone who activates the clients' self-healing powers by laying on hands and does not make any diagnoses in the process does not require a healing practioner licence. (File number: 1 BvR 784/03).

The practitioner does not practise medicine or provide medical assistance in the legal sense. No promises of healing are made, so that no false hopes are raised. The services offered are not intended to treat or diagnose any specific medical condition, whether physical, psychological or emotional. I do not advise against visiting a doctor or other health professional. I neither question nor advise against the use of medically prescribed therapies. I do not make any promises of healing or recommend the use of medicines, medicinal teas, plants or essences.

2. Appointment and booking

You can request a session with me on the website under ‘Request a session’.

3. Requirements for a healing session

By booking, you declare that you are in a stable physical, psychological and mental condition. You also declare that you wish to take part in the session at your own request and of your own free will and that you are not doing so under the influence of third parties or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

With the booking confirmation by e-mail, you will receive a declaration of consent and waiver as well as the data protection declaration. This must be completed and sent back to me before the session or taken with you to the appointment.

In it, you confirm that you are over 18 years old by stating your date of birth. A healing session for a child can only be booked through a parent or guardian and with the child's consent.

4. Payment and cancellation

By booking an appointment, you agree to pay for the individual session in advance. Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer before the session (just send me a screenshot of your bank transfer). Online/ livecall sessions or tarot readings which are not held personally can be only paid by bank transfer.

Bookings can be cancelled or postponed free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the session. After that, the bookings confirmed by me become binding. This means that the fee will not be refunded and must be paid.

If a booking has to be cancelled by me, e.g. due to illness or other important reasons, I will refund the booking price in full or, if desired, offset it against a new booking date.

5. Personal responsibility

I expressly point out that each of my clients assumes full personal responsibility for themselves, their lives and their health and that there is therefore an exclusion of liability within the framework of the currently valid legislation. A session only serves as an aid to the client and all resulting self-made decisions are the sole responsibility of the client.

6. Promises of success for healing sessions

If the client's expectation of a certain outcome or success is not fulfilled, there is no entitlement to reimbursement of the fee.

7. Procedure

Before the session, I will inform you again about the exact procedure so that the above points are fully understood.

8. Postponement of appointments

In the event of illness, extraordinary incidents or indispositions on the part of Embrace Your Energy - Kerstin Sundmacher, appointments may be postponed. New dates will be proposed.
